Price Changes & VAT

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted in this catalogue, but sometimes this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Delivery Information

Small packages 1st class £4.00

Larger parcels Parcel Force £6.50

The above rates apply to mainland UK parcels Only.

For Overseas/Channel Islands please apply for a postal quotation upon the weight and destination postal zone, for these orders please call, fax or email your order and we will treat it manually.

Goods sent by Parcelforce will require a signature, please ensure a suitable delivery address is given eg work. Please allow upto 10 days for delivery, in exceptional circumstances or demand please allow 28 days. Please note Parcelforce do not deliver on a Saturday.

Any out of stock items will be notified by telephone or email promptly.

If goods are in stock,dispatch is within 3 days, please allow up to 10 days to receive your parcel, but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow 28 days. Any out of stock items will be notified by telephone or email. For non mainland and overseas orders we will provide a postage quotation upon the weight of the parcel and destination postal zone. Returns and Exchanges

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

14 Days Approval

14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our Mail Order Dept. We will offer a refund (excluding post & packaging and a 50p credit card company refund charge, part refunds are exempt) on any item returned unsoiled within 14 days. Alternatively you may simply exchange the item.

Health & Safety

Please note in accordance with legislation under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1972, TOWNFIELDS SADDLERS LTD ARE UNABLE TO HANDLE ANY HORSE CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT UNLESS IT IS CLEAN AND DRY. Due to hazards involved with the repairing and handling of horse clothing and associated products.
