Firstly we would like you to know that your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount. Deliveries to our customers will continue during this period with hygiene precautions in place. We will keep you up to date here if any changes occur or please follow our social media account daily

 

Q. Can I still order Online ?

Yes, there are no changes to how our customers can shop with us onsite and we arent experiencing any delays.

 

Q. Is your showroom open normal times ?

NO, Our showroom is closed until firther notice as we are following the Governments guidelines and only offering a Click&Collect Srervice.

 

Q. What precautions are you taking to prevent any spread of Covid-19 at Townfields Saddlers?

Some staff are working from home during this outbreak, we have increased our cleanliness and hygiene encouraging staff and customers with handwashing. Our showroom is staffed by less staff to minimise the number of people working together at a time and we are encouraging self distancing.

 

Q. Is the returns policy unaffected by this Covid-19 ?

No, the 28 days returns policy is unchanged.

 

Q. Can I amend my delivery address ?

Yes, just input your chosen delivery address or email sales@townfields.com if you have a last minute change and we can amend immediately.

 

Q. Are your deliveries contactless ?

Yes, Royal Mail will deliver the letter post as normal. Parcelforce are operating a contactless drop off, where your item will be left or a calling card left. Please call our showroom on 02476 402474 if you are concerned about this
