Delivery Information:

Despatch is by our contracted carriers Royal Mail & Parcelforce.

Please contact sales@townfields.com for an upgrade to 24HR if urgent and we will accommodate you.

Please note that our carriers require a signature on delivery and do not make timed deliveries. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange.

We aim to dispatch goods from our warehouse within 48 hours. Occasionally at busy times, this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days for delivery. Order Tracking

All of your orders are tracked

We use services from Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ensure you get your order safely and on time. All of the services we use are fully trackable via the below links and you will receive notifications with updates on the status of your order.

Click & Collect

Simply place an order online for collection. Click & Collect orders can take up to 5 working days to become available. A member of staff from the store will contact you when your order is available to collect, so please ensure you provide a valid contact number.

To avoid disapointment please do not come to collect your order until you have been notified it is ready. 


Oversized Parcel Surcharges

Due to restrictions in parcel sizes unfortunatly selected items on the website have had to incur a small oversized parcel surcharge imposed on us by our couriers. This is due to manual handling fees within the couriers depots, sadly this is unavoidable and has to be charged.

This does not apply to Click & Collect Orders. 


Additional Information

- Heavier parcels over 30kg may need to be posted in 2 boxes, therefore, incurring a second charge.

- For selected products a £4.95 oversized surcharge will be added at checkout due to courier manual handling charges. Sadly this is unavoidable.

- Unfortunately, due to flying restrictions we are unable to deliver liquids, aerosols and gels outside the UK

- Items ordered on a Friday should be delivered the following Tuesday. We do not offer a Saturday service.

- Certain items are only available for collection only.

- The prices within this website include VAT at 20% where applicable.

- Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU (including the Channel Islands) will have VAT deducted during checkout, after the delivery address has been entered. For Channel Islands, please ensure you choose Jersey or Guernsey and not United Kingdom in the country field.


Foreign Parcels

Most Euro zones and countries are set up and you will see the table below with the costs. Simply check out and the correct postage will apply. For Rest of the World options, ie USA, Australia and New Zealand over 2kg the order will suspend and we will provide you with a competitive postage price within 24 hours depending on Bank holidays and Sundays. Please note: With new EU and Brexit Rules some international parcels will be subject to import duty.
