To Process a return please follow the below steps: 

  •  Return your item within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging and a refund for the original price (excluding postage & packaging) will be processed.
  • Complete the returns form within your parcel or simply download by clicking here 
  • You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of the return unless goods are faulty.
  • We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible until the return arrives to us.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .


To Exchange an Item

  • We no longer offer an exchange service.
  • If you wish to exchange an item please return your order for a refund (excluding postage & packaging).
  • Place a new order for the correct item(s).

Important Return Information

Special orders, Underwear and any Personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except to correct an error in despatch or in response to an official recall.

Please ensure that riding hats and other fragile items are returned well packaged with suitable padding. Any items not returned in this state will be rejected due to damage that could be caused whilst in transit.

The item(s)returned should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging/display cards and label’s attached in a resellable condition.

Returned item(s) must be protected with an outer covering i.e. jiffy bag or suitably wrapped. Postage Label’s must NOT be stuck directly onto the returned product or its display packaging, the item must be wrapped with the labels on the outer wrapping.

We will not accept soiled items, so ensure when trying on rugs etc you use a clean sheet under the rug to ensure it does not become used.

If the above procedure is not followed, we cannot accept your return!

If an item is purchased instore via cash and you are unable to return this to store for a cash refund you will only recieve a credit note.

Any returns received not suitably packaged will be subject to a 10% restocking fee!

Faulty Items

If you are returning items due to a fault, please contact us via email: If you do not contact us before returning a faulty item then unfortunately we will only be able to reimburse you for your own cost of postage up to a maximum of £6.95.

Hygiene Regulations

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

Please note: For Hygiene reasons, Underwear is non-returnable.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee

Some of our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary, goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments.

Please allow 28 days for this inspection. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.
