Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.
To Process a return please follow the below steps:
- Return your item within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging and a refund forthe original price (excluding postage & packaging) will be processed.
- Complete the returns form by simply clicking here
- You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us.
- You will be responsible for the cost of the return unless goods are faulty.
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible until the return arrives to us.
If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .
To Exchange an Item
- We no longer offer an exchange service.
- If you wish to exchange an item please return your order for a refund(excluding postage & packaging).
- Place a new order for the correct item(s).
