What are your opening times?

Townfields is open from 9am to 5.30pm daily and closed on a Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Do I need to make an appointment for Hat or Body Protection fittings?

There will always be at least 4 highly trained staff who are available to assist with safety fittings.

How do I book a saddle fitting?

Please call 02476 402 474 or email sales@townfields.com and we will be able to assist you further.

Do you have parking available on site?

Yes, we have free onsite parking for our customers to use. 

How do I get a refund?

If you return an item to us within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging a refund of the original price (excluding postage & packaging) will be processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complete the returns form within your parcel or simply download by clicking here 

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of the return unless goods are faulty.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible until the return arrives to us.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

If you are returning items due to a fault, please contact us via email: sales@townfields.com. If you do not contact us before returning a faulty item then unfortunately we will only be able to reimburse you for your own cost of postage up to a maximum of £6.95.

Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except to correct an error in despatch or in response to an official recall.

Are there changing facilities available?

Yes, we do have changing rooms available on site for customers to use. We also have additional seating for trying on boots, shoes and other footwear. 

Are animals allowed at Townfields?

We allow dogs and horses/ponies to visit us here at Townfields but unfortuantely, all other animals will not be allowed on the premises.

Do you have a social media platform?

You can find Townfields on Instagram or Facebook. Make sure you give us a follow to keep up to date with news, giveaways and competitions. 

Do you offer click and collect?
  • We offer a free click & collect service online.
  • Simply check out on the website and select click & collect.
  • We will contact you via text or email when your order is ready to collect.

To save disapointment please do not come to the store until you have received confirmation that your order is ready to collect

Do I get a discount if I make a bulk order?

Townfields saddlers will be very happy to help with bulk yard orders. Over the years we have helped many clients set up their equestrian centres with stubbs stable equipment and safety wear where a quantity of buckets, hayracks, saddle racks, bridle racks etc or riding hats have been required. Riding for the disabled centres have contacted us to provide mounting blocks and more specialised items. Film and television production companies have contacted us for all manor of props and equestrian clothing.

If you are a riding school and simply want to refresh your riding hats or starting a new establishment please contact us.

Please email sales@townfields.com if you are requiring bulk quantities of our products stable equipment, yard rug order, setting up a new yard or simply want to purchase a new updated set of riding school hats.

We have accounts with all the key brands and will be pleased to offer our best price

Where's my order?

You are able to track your order through Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the item you have purchased. Information on how to do this will be detailed in your confirmation email. 

Do you post outside of the UK?

Townfields are able to deliver outside of the UK however, there are some restrictions in place. Please see our postage and packing information for further details. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you are able to purchase our gift cards in store or online. 

Why won't the site process my payment?

You will need to ensure that the billing address matches the address in which your chosen card is registered to. The payment will not go through if this is not the case. 

 

 

Do I need to have an account to make a purchase online?

You are able to check out as a guest if you do not wish to make an account with us. If you do not sign up to an account you will miss out on any offers, new realses and promotions that will occur. 

Is your website secure?

Yes, you are able to read all about how in our privacy policy located at the bottom of the website. 

I want to send the item as a gift, can you hide the price?

We do not offer gift receipts online however, you are able to receive a gift reciept if you have made the purchase instore

Do you accept all payment methods?

We accept all major credit and debit cards registered to a UK address:

How do I redeem a promotional code?

Simply enter the code in the Promotional Code box within your basket.

Why am I seeing different sale prices for different colours and sizes of the same item?

During sale periods, not all size and colour combinations form part of our offers. To see the correct price, please select both the colour and size required and the price will update accordingly.

Do you have any career vacancies?

Unfortuantely, we are not currently looking to expand our team. Please follow our social media's to keep up to date with job vacancies!
