With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

Ideal for sensitive horses, the FlyGuard deluxe face mask features fine mesh over the eyes.
The mesh is lifted away from the face by a combination of reinforced darts and fleecy seam padding for enhanced comfort. The full face offers UV protection to the delicate nose area, as well as helping prevent flies from landing. Airstream fabric ear coverings keep the air flowing whilst blocking bothersome insects. The mask is stretchy at the poll for a close fit.
70+% average UV blocking, reducing the risk of sunburn and sun bleaching. Minimum rating 60+% for mesh. Effectiveness may diminish over time. Test carried out in accordance to BS EN 13758-I-2002+AI:2006.
