Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle free returns
Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.

This spot-on treatment helps prevent fleas, flea eggs, ticks, and biting lice, protecting your dog for up to four weeks.
It is for the treatment of dogs weighing 2 to 10 kg bodyweight, to be used against infestations with fleas, alone or in association with ticks and/or biting lice. Treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) provides insecticidal efficacy against new infestations with adult fleas for 8 weeks. It also prevents the multiplication of fleas by inhibiting the development of eggs (ovicidal activity) and larvae and pupae (larvicidal activity) originating from eggs laid by adult fleas for eight weeks after application.
This product treats tick infestations (Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor variabilis, Dermacentor reticulatus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus). It has a persistent acaricidal efficacy for up to 4 weeks against ticks. It also treats infestations with biting lice (Trichodectes canis).
One pipette of 0.67 ml is for dogs weighing over 2 and up to 10 kg, corresponding to a minimum recommended dose of 6.7 mg/kg for fipronil and 6 mg/kg for (S)-methoprene, by topical application to the skin. The minimum treatment interval is 4 weeks.
