With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

This exercise sheet can be worn around the saddle for easy removal, or over the legs to keep the rider warm and dry.
Useful all year round and particularly good at shows as the exercise sheet can be removed quickly. This exercise sheet features a ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop, waterproof and breathable outer and benefits from a warm fleece lining. The outer is PFC-free with taped seams, waterproof to 3000mm, and breathable to 3000g/m2. Durable Waterproof Repellent (DWR) prevents saturation, causing water to bead on the fabric and run off.
The exercise sheet is 100% polyester, excluding fittings. It is machine washable with non-detergent soap.
