With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.
To Process a return please follow the below steps:
If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

The Charles Owen Race II Jockey Skull Cap is a new racing skull for jockeys, exclusively designed by those in the racing industry. It includes innovative features designed to give you a safe and comfortable ride, without distractions.
This updated racing design for 2023 features a strong fiberglass shell and padded harness that have been adapted to ensure no interaction with the top of the body protector, a common issue in racing skull helmets. New innovative fabrics have also been used, as well as a more ergonomic fit developed in the harness padding to give you the most comfortable ride yet.
The skull cap meets two international safety standards (PAS015:2011 and VG1 01-040 2014-12) and comes in FSC sustainably sourced and recycled packaging.
