Hassle free returns

Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.

To Process a return please follow the below steps:

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

The system can be reactivated by yourself within a few minutes without any special knowledge required. In the event of a fall, replace the empty canister with a new one.

Please note the Racesafe canisters are not compatible with the MotionAir Hybrid.

VeloAir includes one canister at purchase.

Use only branded canisters for replacements.

Available in 4 sizes for different airbag volumes:

30g for YR1 / YR2

38g for YR3 / A1

45g for A2 / A3

55g for A4 / A4T

Canisters can be replaced and system reactivated within minutes.

After a fall, replace the empty canister with a new one.

Not compatible with MotionAir Hybrid; use MotionAir canisters for that model.
