With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

The Happy Mouth Full Cheek Jointed Bit is apple scented and designed for horses that are unsure of the bit.
This bit features a tough, non-toxic, flexible mouth with reinforcing stainless steel. Full Cheek bits are a fixed cheek bit, which can be useful for horses that are a bit unsure of the bit as it does not move around too much in the mouth, encouraging the horse to stretch into the contact. A fixed bit would be less suitable if your horse is prone to leaning or taking hold of the bit. Full cheek bits are very useful for breaking in or bringing on young horses, as they help tremendously with turning aids and teach the horse to turn; the full cheek bit does not slide through the mouth as a normal snaffle would if your horse does not like to turn. The single joint puts pressure on the sides of the tongue, on the lips, and on the bars due to the nutcracker action. Single jointed bits also may have a head raising action, so they would be less suitable for your horse if they ride with a high head carriage or above the bit.
