Weekend Store Manager 

Job description

We are looking for a hardworking Weekend Retail Store Manager to join our team here at Townfields for all Weekends & Bank Holidays. Weekends are the busiest days at Townfields so we need an individual who is hardworking, driven and has the ability to manage the store and boost up our weekend team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first class customer service, solving problems, serving customers, hat & body protector fitting (training provided), managing staff and be adaptable with day-to-day running’s such as deliveries, replenishment of stock and working with all team members to maintain Townfields high quality of service. All training will be provided. We believe this will be an exciting and varied roll for the successful candidate.

Current Weekend Opening Times:

Saturday 9am - 5:30pm

Sunday 11am - 4pm

Bank Holiday Hours (TBC)

  • Be adaptable with day-to-day running’s.
  • Work comfortably with other members of the team.
  • Show management skills and take control of situations.
  • Basic equestrian knowledge is essential.
  • Maintain our high-quality service.

Hours: Weekends & Bank Holidays ONLY!

Job Types: Part-Time

Salary Range: £12.50 - £14.50 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
