With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Return items within 28 days in perfect condition with original packaging and a completed returns form (downloadable if needed); you must arrange and cover return postage unless goods are faulty, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage as you’re responsible until the return arrives.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of £13.95 .

The MARENO is more than simply a comfortable riding glove with great functionality: It is the perfect all-rounder for spending long summer days in the stable and working with horses.
These gloves are part of Roeckl Sports’ innovative and environmentally conscious ECO.SERIES, meaning they were manufactured using resources as sparingly as possible. This really shows in the selection of materials made in large part from recycled fibers.
One of these – the elastic, light and airy Micro Mesh Eco – was used for the backhand, where it ensures excellent ventilation and great freedom of movement. Another such material is featured on the palm, made from tactile and snuggly soft ECO.SENSE®. This synthetic fiber consists of 92% polyester (60% of which are recycled) and 8% spandex, giving your hands the flexibility and tactility you need when handling reins and ropes.
Designed as a convenient slip-in glove using Roeckl’s exclusive COMFORT-CUT, the MARENO is also very easy to put on and fits like a second skin. It can be secured at the wrist using the Velcro fastener. This special detail not only helps conserve resources but also makes each and every MARENO a truly unique accessory! And because gloves rarely stay clean when handling horses and equipment, this model is machine-washable at 30 °C (86 °F).
