Returns and Refunds


If you return an item to us within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price (excluding postage & packaging). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Special order items, Underwear and any Personalised items.

Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
We will not accept back soiled items, so ensure when trying on rugs etc you use a clean sheet under the rug to ensure it does not get grubby and covered in hairs.

If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of  £6.95 .

If you are returning items due to a fault, please contact us and we will arrange a collection. If you do not contact us before returning a faulty item then unfortunately we will only be able to reimburse you for your own cost of postage up to a maximum of £6.95.

Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except  to correct an error in despatch or in response to an official recall.

Exchange an Item

If you wish to exchange your item for another item from our range, different size fitting or other reason, you can do so within 28 days of receipt of the item. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging.

Please complete the returns form enclosed within your package. Send the returns form complete with the item back to us at our Head Office and the exchange required and we will endeavour to fulfill your request promptly.

On receipt of your item for exchange, your replacement item will be dispatched back to you. Returns will be promptly dealt with dependant upon stock availability.

Please note that Personalised and 'Special Order' items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee*

Some of our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments.

Please allow 28 days for this inspection. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.


Hygiene Regulations

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

Please note: For Hygiene reasons, Underwear is non-returnable.
