Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the Townfields.com website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

Our Contract (Order)
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order online to purchase goods from Townfields Saddlers Ltd, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Townfields Saddlers Ltd will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.
Payment
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch (stock dependant). We accept all major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Cards). Cards are not debited until goods are despatched.
GIFT VOUCHER - Vouchers can only be redeemed via post, in store or at our Tradestand.
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
If an item is purchased instore via cash and you are unable to return this to store for a cash refund you will only recieve a credit note.
OFFERS & PROMOTIONS - Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
BLUE LIGHT AND DEFENCE DISCOUNT SERVICES - Vouchers/discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or sale items. This includes discounts on postage. You will recieve whichever discount is the greatest however, more than one offer can not be used at the same time.
You must be a registered member to Defence Discount Service or be a Blue Light Card Holder to recieve this discount.
If you are using your discount in store, you must bring your relevant membership card and ID so our team member can verify this.

Pricing
All products offered for sale by Townfields Saddlers Ltd are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours some products may appear mispriced. Townfields Saddlers Ltd reserves the right to affect changes and these will be notified to you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to maintain the prices published in our catalogue, but from time to time we have to pass on prices increases from our suppliers
Availability
We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Miscellaneous
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of our products are accurate, some details, such as colour, may not be a true representation.
These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Errors and omissions excepted
Special Order Items
All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock are non-returnable. Cancellation must be made within a week of placing the order and this MUST be done by telephone on 02476 402474.
Customs
Goods ordered from Townfields Saddlers Ltd for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately Townfields Saddlers Ltd does not charge for items until they are ready to despatch.
