Chifney Bit

Chifney Bit or commonly known as an anti rearing bit. The chifney can be clipped onto the three D's of the headcollar, and the U shaped mouth digs into the tongue if the horse tries to rear. Not a kind bit, as it is thin and therefore very sharp and needs to be used carefully. You could purchase a bradoon strap to use with this chifney or simply purchase one that is complete with the chifney sewn onto the bradoon.
