Highlander Original 200 turnout rug neck cover keeps turned out horses cosy and dry through colder seasons.
The neck cover fits to D-rings on a standard neck rug and fastens securely with touch close straps.
Technical info: ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop outer. 200g polyfill. PFC-free outer with taped seams. Waterproof to 3000mm, Breathability 3000g/m2.
Durable Waterproof Repellent (DWR) prevents saturation - water beads on the fabric and runs off.
